The Studio Behind the Work

Lissa Rolenc,
Owner & Creative Director

Lissa founded 4 Design, LLC in 2012 after more than two decades shaping commercial spaces across the country. Her background spans senior living, hospitality, education, and beyond, but the thread through all of it is the same: spaces should serve the people inside them, not the other way around.

With 4 Design, Lissa brought that conviction into practice at national scale. Today, the studio operates in 48 states, working shoulder-to-shoulder with architects, contractors, and ownership groups who want design that holds up long after the ribbon cutting.

Based in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Thinking in every room across the country.
